USAT Information - Kevin Mahan is a Level 2  USAT Certified  Race Director, successfully completing educational training programs and continues formal learning of new safety and race management practices. Courses includes information on the latest in race directing methods, insurance/risk management trends, and USAT sanctioning compliance. Athletes should expect more from a Level 2 USAT Certified race director and Endurance Sports Management.

There will be USA Triathlon officials at many of our races to ensure the USAT Competitive Rules are properly enforced. The Competitive Rules are intended to provide for the orderly and consistent administration of events sanctioned by USA Triathlon and are not designed to establish standards of care for the safety of participants or other persons. Every participant, official, volunteer and spectator should consider all safety issues and make related decisions prudently without reliance upon the Competitive Rules. Be sure to check out the Most Commonly Violated Rules.
