Endurance Sports Management, with experience in managing multi-sport, running and cycling events has a wide array of race equipment, the versatility and capability to manage road races, triathlons, bike rides, and trail runs. Electronic chip timing options are available for small races and those with over 20,000 participants.
We can help you with your event from planning to wrap up. Our "turn-key"' services can include the following for the same fees you'd pay for just timing:
Online Registration - logos, sponsors, photos, complete access
Website & Social Media Promotion - list event on our web site calendar and assistance in social media advertising to your audience
Apparel & Awards - tech shirts, medals, plaques & more
Event Management & Electronic Chip Timing - electronic chip timing, course development / certification, sound system(s), sponsor promotion , Sanctioning assistance - USAT, RRCA or USATF and general race consultation.
Sample Run Services Quote - Electronic chip timing, score & assist with your event with returnable tags for $2 per registered participant (minimum applies) or disposable tags for $3 per registered participant (minimum applies) - lower fees for events over 1000 participants. Digital clock, two speaker sound system, finish arch / chute and registration / event management are included. Race numbers, travel, aid station supplies and additional expenses may apply.
